Sole Obsession footwear will gladly accept returns on any unworn or defective products. All products eligible for return must be unworn and in new condition. Products that have been worn will not be accepted for return. We cannot accept any returns without the original box and packaging. All return shipping charges are non-refundable and the full responsibility of the customer. Please email us within 10 days of receiving your order if you are unsatisfied and we will arrange for an exchange and/or return. Clearance items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
All special orders require a 15% deposit at the time of ordering. If you are ordering a product that we do not carry in the store and you choose not to purchase the shoe after ordering the 15% will be retained for restocking charges. Our return/exchange policy on special orders is in store credit or exchange only.
We make every attempt to fulfill all orders however due to limited quantities Sole Obsession Footwear may cancel your order if a product is no longer available. Should this situation arise you will be notified as soon as possible. Sole Obsession Footwear will work with you to find a suitable replacement or arrange for a refund.
Sole Obsession Footwear does not ship orders outside of the US. Please contact the store if you have any questions or would like to arrange pick up options for your purchase.
